Cwmaman Communities First is launching a whole food Shop alongside Cwmaman Fruit & Veg Scheme. You do not have to be a member to buy from the scheme or to order in advance.  We are not running the scheme to make profit, just to cover costs and provide good, basic food to local people, so our prices are very competitive!

We will be selling a wide selection of foods at our market morning every other week (there is one this Friday, Feb 27th 10-12:00).  You can also call in to Cwmaman Library on Tuesday 10-2 p m and Thursday afternoon 2-6 p m.  Below are a few examples of foods & prices that will be available:

 Tinned tomatoes 70p

Tomato or Minestrone soup (tinned) 90p

 Suma Pasta Sauce 340g £1.25

White Basmati Rice 500g £1.35

Digestive Biscuits (Doves Farm) 90p
